Nicholas Ward

is a designer with a passion for his work. He was born in Japan but has lived and studied in Thailand nearly all his life. He is bilingual in English and Thai and has UK and Thai citizenship.Nick went to Rungsit University, Bangkok. In 2006 he graduated with a BA (second class honours) in Fine and Applied Arts, majoring in Computer Art (Motion Graphics). After graduation he worked in a couple of small business, Vfx/Event design companies, before being employed by finito films company in Bangkok (www.finitofilms.com), working as a designer in the post-production department. He worked there for two and a half years doing visual key frames, corporate-identity design to 2D-motion graphics and basic composites.
He is now working in London. As a motion-graphics and compositor artist at Jellyfish pictures (www.jellyfishpictures.co.uk) on a major science series for BBC. His ambition is to become a director. In his spare time Nick likes photography and sketching. Also he has recently returned from a bicycle trip from Bangkok to Singapore
